Online Scheduling Now Available!

I know, I know… It’s about time!

After 6 months of using my new scheduling software, I am finally comfortable activating online booking. For the time being, clients will only be able to “request” appointments for me to review and confirm- I’m a little concerned about things getting double booked!

Here are some guidelines on how to get started. I will continue to update this post as I get an idea of common questions and concerns. Of course, you are always welcome to get in touch with me directly to schedule as well, but I hope having this available will be a convenient option, and help with the never ending game of phone tag I have going on with many of you!!

Getting Started:

First you will need to create a login. Under “New to our site?” enter your first and last name and follow the prompts to create your account. If you are an existing client, your name will pop up below with a link that says “this is me!” click it and enter the required information. To ensure that no one else can access your personal information such as address and phone number, your account will have to be verified before you can see that information. Once you have a login established, you will be able to request, cancel and reschedule appointments, view future/past appointment and purchases history and also purchase email delivered gift cards through the site.  

Appointment requesting guidelines:

The process is pretty straight forward with the exception of a few things.

1. There is a 24 hour time restriction on appointment changes. This is because I do not want last minute changes to my schedule to occur without my being fully aware of it. You will not be able to schedule or cancel an appointment within a 24 hour period of that appointment’s start time. So, for example if you would like to see if I have any brow waxes available tomorrow, you will want to get in touch with me personally via phone call, text or email. The same thing applies if you need to cancel an appointment that is less than 24 hours away.

2. Scheduling multiple appointments at one time. Unfortunately, the scheduling software makes it quite difficult to schedule back to back appointments. Since many of you get multiple services done in one sitting (e.g, bikini, brow, lip and underarm wax) I created a service category called “Combination Waxing Services”. Here you can choose between a few common waxing combinations such as brow and lip, or existing clients who know how long their waxing takes can select a block of time for waxing. Please check with me for guidelines on how long I need to be scheduled for your particular waxing – the time that is blocked off is not only for completion of your wax, but also allows for checking out and room clean up prior to my next appointment. When you schedule an appointment there is a place for notes that will show up in your request to me. If you are scheduling a time block for waxing, please list what types of waxing you would like done, and upon approval I will change your service to reflect those particular appointments.
